We're moving off of GetSatisfaction for our customer forum, does Freshdesk have any ability to import data if I get an export of all the old conversations?
I'm looking to import our forums from phpBB. As far as I can tell this is not possible. Have you gotten any answers from other channels, matt?

Forum migration is a backend process and yes, it can be imported into Freshdesk upon request.

Kindly drop an email to support@freshdesk.com with your account details and exported data from the other platform to get started.
