Does Freshdesk offer a global search and replace, as Word does? If not, it should.

Apologies for missing out on this. 

Your ask for a global search and replace is definitely genuine and interesing! We shall have this passed on as a feature request to our team.

Although this might be laborious, As a workaround for now, The option would be to read the articles via API's and write a custom code to do a search and replace the contents in the article and create the articles through APIs again. @Saira Tehreem - has there been any movement on this feature request? It would be very valuable to anyone whose product name changes, for example, or if a company gets acquired and needs to globally change its name.
