How to add 3rd party chat widget to the support portal

I would like to add a 3rd party chat system to my portal, not freshchat. It has the typical few lines of code that needs to be added to the source. In this case, they say it needs to be the last script on the page. The portal customizer does not give me the ability to add it in a way where it is the last script in the template. There are Freshdesk scripts that will be below it.

Is there a way to make that happen?
