In our customer portal we have a published folder with lots of articles that we don't want to display to our customers anymore.
There seem to be only two options:
- Delete the articles and folder
- Set the articles and folder back to drafts
I don't want to delete the folder and articles yet and it's quite unclear to have all the articles in our draftfolder, as they aren't really drafts.
Does anyone have a solution like is it possible to archive a folder and/or articles?

You can change the folder visibility to be visible only for the agents. Do you think that will help?

You would be able to see the Visible to option when you click the 'Edit' icon next to the folder name under Solutions. Check out this link to make changes to the folder visibility. Hope this helps!
