In the freshdesk agent portal ticket view we can see the created by value but it's not available in liquid template or API
We have tried the below liquid template but its not the correct one.
{{ticket.from_email}}
{{ticket.requester.email}}
Can anyone know how to get the ticket 'created by' value?
