How to include Chat Component in the web widget

Hi,


I can't find the way to activate the chat within the widget to leave the choice to the customer between

  • "leave a message" when no urgency, no want to livechat, or when our agent are too busy/slow
  • or "chat with us"

Do you know if it possible and how to do this ?
