How to integrate the support page into SaaS App

I would like to make a seamless experience for my customers.  When they log into my app I would like them to be able to chat, open a ticket and view the support and community portal without having to re-login. I would also like to make these portals only accessible to users that are logged into the my app.  Does anyone have experience with this?
