I don't receive a confirmation email

When registering an account, I don't receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

Hey there, Roman,

Can you please navigate to Admin>>Email notifications>>Requester notifications and ensure that the option next to “User activation email” is toggled on? Only if this notification is toggled on would the requesters receive their user activation emails. Please have this checked and let us know if we can be of any further help.

I Switched On toggle, but still activation mail is not triggering to Gmail account chennam.sulekha@gmail.com

NOTE: I check in Spam and Inbox folders

No relation to firewall where i was checking in my mobile

The Activation email would only be sent for the new contacts that has been created. If you’re trying to get the activation link for an already existing contact, kindly navigate to the Contacts tab and click on “Send Activation Email” button present and that would trigger an activation email to your mailbox. Let me know if that helps, please.
