Please explain how this works.
I cannot see a list of 15 articles when I click on 15 so please tell me how I can ope a complete list of tagged items by clicking on the corresponding numbers?

I understand you are looking to have a check on your tagged articles, I am afraid we currently support this functionality only for the ticket count but not articles, this has been taken up as a feature request and being worked on by our team, we will keep you posted on the release.
