Hi,i just create an account, and after entering my email information, i ccan only see that screen with Scheduled maintenancei just received that message from freshdesk : Your Account has been blocked due to high volume of traffic. If you feel your requests are genuine, please send an email to email@example.com with your account details.I just send an email, but i want to know how much time to repair ?kind regards

Between around 5pm est yesterday and 9am today something must have broken with freshdesk where apps ran through the fdk run testing server. fdk works with the other freshworks products sales and service. The only way to get an app to show up now is to upload a new version of the app every time a change is made to the custom apps repo. if this could be fixed it would be great thanks!
Hello. Please solve the problem in your service team system. I got a ticket that posted 4 days ago. After i give a bad star on google play store and post bad comment and review everywhere, the freshdesk team finally reply my ticket 2 days ago. And once i reply the email. I got no reply again, up until now it's already been 2 days. Do you guys really capable of running a customer service software since your team can't handle the ticket faster? Or your ticketing system not reliable for your team? Really dissapointed with you guys

Greetings ,The company I work for uses Fresh Desk for it's customer support. We are currently evaluating our business applications to meet the NIST security requirements. We weed all mobile applications which have access to our Customer contact information to have a session timeout. Say 15 min of inactivity. Is there an easy way to set this up in fresh desk?RegardsDon

I'm attempting to upload an attachment via the native mobile freshdesk app on my Samsung Tab 4. I've tried photos and various files times and all state "Something went wrong". I've never been able to do it from the mobile app but have a use case now that we do need to be able to upload attachments from the mobile devices. Thank you for your help!
I'm having a problem on google chrome where on freshdesk is automatically logging me out when the freshconnect widget appears. This problem isn't happening when I login using EDGE. When I log into freshconnect.io, then after a few seconds I automatically get redirected to a 404 page. Any idea where this might be coming from ? I am a SPROUT plan.
Hi,I'm trying to fetch all the open tickets in my freshdesk account using the API and Angular 7.When I do the API call to fetch all tickets, I get a CORS error. This is from localhost:4200 and from my live domain that's https.Is there some kind of domain white listing that I need to do and can I connect to the API from localhost while developing and testing?
