Scheduled maintenance

Hi,i just create an account, and after entering my email information, i ccan only see that screen with Scheduled maintenancei just received that message from freshdesk : Your Account has been blocked due to high volume of traffic. If you feel your requests are genuine, please send an email to support@freshdesk.com with your account details.I just send an email, but i want to know how much time to repair ?kind regards

To-Do list limit on dashboard

Is there anyway I can increase the number of "To-do's" that are displayed on the dashboard.  Currently only lists 3 so need to scroll down each time I want to view.  There is plenty of room down the left hand side of page so cant see the problem.

Field titles of the standard new ticket form are not translated

Dear support-team,I would like to start a knowledge base in German language and the only thing that seems to be not translated are the form field titles of new ticket form (in portal and in widget): It is still "Requester", "Subject", and "Description".How can I translate those three very important words?Best regards,Andreas

Email Import

I've this problem: When I redirect my old mails from Apple Mail, I got the tickets in freshdesk from this mail history. But the timestamp is from now and not from the original mail.How can I solve this?Or how can I import old emails(not from gmail) in to freshdesk?Thanks

Duplicate Ticket generation

I have custom field having unique and mandatory restrictions. But still for some ids its creating duplicate tickets. Is there any way where freshdesk api, can check where the ticket is raised for custom unique field? Can you please help me.

fdk broken?

Between around 5pm est yesterday and 9am today something must have broken with freshdesk where apps ran through the fdk run testing server. fdk works with the other freshworks products sales and service. The only way to get an app to show up now is to upload a new version of the app every time a change is made to the custom apps repo. if this could be fixed it would be great thanks!

AGAIN! POOR customer service by freshdesk

Hello. Please solve the problem in your service team system. I got a ticket that posted 4 days ago. After i give a bad star on google play store and post bad comment and review everywhere, the freshdesk team finally reply my ticket 2 days ago. And once i reply the email. I got no reply again, up until now it's already been 2 days. Do you guys really capable of running a customer service software since your team can't handle the ticket faster? Or your ticketing system not reliable for your team? Really dissapointed with you guys

freskdesk.com is broken under FireFox ESR [Debian Buster, 60.8.0esr (64-bit)]

The company I work for has a paid subscription to Freshdesk, and something has changed recently that means that once logged on the default dashboard appears blank with only the icon menu appearing on the LHS. I've tried clicking through the icons on the LHS menu, but the dashboard page still appears empty.Attached are 2 files: the first is a screenshot showing what the default dashboard page looks like when I log in, whilst the second is a stack trace obtained from the in-built developer tools pointing towards a Javascript issue.Can anyone else confirm if there is an issue with the latest FireFox ESR provided with Debian Buster?Many thanks,Mark.

NIST Complience

Greetings ,The company I work for uses Fresh Desk for it's customer support. We are currently evaluating our business applications to meet the  NIST security requirements.  We weed all mobile applications which have access to our Customer contact information to have a session timeout.  Say 15 min of inactivity.  Is there an easy way to set this up in fresh desk?RegardsDon

Tickets not created from support email

Estou com o seguinte problema:Quando coloco o Status de um ticket como em Espera do Cliente, assim que o meu clienter responde o e-mail desse ticket  ele muda automaticamente para EM ABERTOo e-mail não deveria mudar o  STATUS

Attach File to Ticket

I'm attempting to upload an attachment via the native mobile freshdesk app on my Samsung Tab 4.  I've tried photos and various files times and all state "Something went wrong".  I've never been able to do it from the mobile app but have a use case now that we do need to be able to upload attachments from the mobile devices. Thank you for your help!

I'm having a problem on google chrome where on freshdesk is automatically logging me out when the freshconnect widget appears. This problem isn't happening when I login using EDGE. When I log into freshconnect.io, then after a few seconds I automatically get redirected to a 404 page. Any idea where this might be coming from ? I am a SPROUT plan.

Connect to Freshdesk API from localhost/HTTPS domain in Angular

Hi,I'm trying to fetch all the open tickets in my freshdesk account using the API and Angular 7.When I do the API call to fetch all tickets, I get a CORS error. This is from localhost:4200 and from my live domain that's https.Is there some kind of domain white listing that I need to do and can I connect to the API from localhost while developing and testing?

Randomly can not type in Freshdesk

Does anyone else have an issue when creating a ticket or trying to reply in freshdesk, you can no longer type.  I have to go to another screen and refresh the screen and then come back.  It happens to more people than meWant to see if anyone else has this same issue.
