I'm having a problem on google chrome where on freshdesk is automatically logging me out when the freshconnect widget appears. This problem isn't happening when I login using EDGE. When I log into freshconnect.io, then after a few seconds I automatically get redirected to a 404 page. Any idea where this might be coming from ? I am a SPROUT plan.
I'm attempting to upload an attachment via the native mobile freshdesk app on my Samsung Tab 4. I've tried photos and various files times and all state "Something went wrong". I've never been able to do it from the mobile app but have a use case now that we do need to be able to upload attachments from the mobile devices. Thank you for your help!
A couple of weeks ago we made a few changes to our e-mail policies and security preferences. In particular, we made changes to our anti-spoofing policy which seems to have had a knock-on effect on our internal Freshdesk mails.A few users reported issues with certain mails not sending, but most of them seemed to be sending fine. It was only a few days later that we realised it was any Freshdesk > Internal address that wasn't working, we have fixed the problem but need to identify all of the tickets which have failed e-mails associated with them. So far I've not managed to figure out a way of doing this - can anybody help?
I have 2 pages in my installation page(custom installation page)First Page Takes the Fresh Desk Credentialsonce user clicked the update button after entering fresh desk credentials I need to validate and go to the next page if validation success2. In next page I want to take some details from user and install the app on clicking install buttonMy issue is, in first page I no need default install button which is coming by default, once validation success then only I have to show install button in next page. Currently I am seeing install button in both pages. Can someone help me how can I achieve this. In first page I want only one custom button i.e validate in first page

Hi,Is it possible to create a rule somewhere so that when a child ticket is resolved the owner of the parent ticket receives a notification?I've been playing around with the observer, supervisor rules but still can't find a way to make it work. Does anyone have any ideas?Thanks,Jenny

Its been some months I have been using freshdesk in my application. Yesterday on wards am getting error The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request on API calls in both production instance and test. I haven't changed anything in code.
i want to set a default "from adress" for specific users or groups when they generate a new ticket by a new email. Currently, all users can send emails from a group, even if that user is not assigned in the group.Is there a way, where i can define which user can send emails with wich "from adress"?

We weed all mobile applications which have access to our Customer contact information to have a session timeout. Say 15 min of inactivity. Is there an easy way to set this up in fresh desk?RegardsDon

Hi,I have gone through quite a lot of documentation. I noticed two different triggers called Observer and Dispatch'r. What exactly is the difference between the two? Hello. Please solve the problem in your service team system. I got a ticket that posted 4 days ago. After i give a bad star on google play store and post bad comment and review everywhere, the freshdesk team finally reply my ticket 2 days ago. And once i reply the email. I got no reply again, up until now it's already been 2 days. Do you guys really capable of running a customer service software since your team can't handle the ticket faster? Or your ticketing system not reliable for your team? Really dissapointed with you guys
Hello guys, i have an issue here. My ticket is already open for almost 3 days but no one in customer service team reply to my ticket. Do you guys experience the same thing with me?It's quite irony that they're selling a customer service software but doesn't has any reliable customer service at all.Very dissapointed.
Between around 5pm est yesterday and 9am today something must have broken with freshdesk where apps ran through the fdk run testing server. fdk works with the other freshworks products sales and service. The only way to get an app to show up now is to upload a new version of the app every time a change is made to the custom apps repo. if this could be fixed it would be great thanks!
