Mint table view spacing issue
Hi,When large browser window while using the table view, it automatically adds spacing on the left and right. This causes the table to end up smaller!This is highly annoying, especially as I can't adjust the size or order of each column. Another issue is that, when hovering over the status, the row gets slightly larger until filter gets refreshed.
Coied canned response text loses formatting
I see a really inconsistent transfer of canned response text formatting to reply emails. In all cases, the canned response has formatted text that includes ordered lists and sometimes bolded text. I usually have a second tab open where I find the canned response, then select its text and copy and paste it to the reply email. I use the windows right menu copy and paste. When the text is pasted into the reply email, the formatting is often lost. Sometimes all the bolded text becomes plain text. Sometimes the paragraphs run together, like line feeds are lost. I have manually reformatted the text in the canned response to be sure it is right and sometimes this helps but often it does not. What gives?
How can I get support FROM Freshdesk, regarding issues with Freshdesk??
I am trying to create a Freshdesk ticket within the support portal of Freshdesk, regarding an issue with ticket creation.I accidentally entered the wrong email address into Freddy the chat bot, now he keeps creating tickets to an email address that I can't activate. How do I create a ticket in my own account? I'm logged into Freshdesk, I am on the tickets tab, but there isn't a "Create Ticket" anywhere.I have "connected" with an agent in Freddy, but the only response I've received in the last 90 minutes is "thanks for connecting with me". I tried breaking the connecting and starting again, but it just connects me to the same agent that doesn't respond to anything I ask.I would like to just create a ticket about my original issue, then go back to my normal day job, until Freshdesk has a chance to help me as this has already been almost 2 hours of my day and I have nothing at all to show for it.Anyone know how to reset the password stored in Freddy the chatbot?
Help Widget - Poor Search Results
I am using the new help widget. I am searching for an exact help desk article by title in the help widget and not getting any proper results. RANT: this is just awful
For a helpdesk platform, this helpdesk in itself, is absolutely the worst experience imaginable.I have been using freshdesk from the early days when it was clean and simple. Things are getting worse, not better. As far as I can see, all freshdesk is doing is finding ways to milk customers for ridiculous features that should be in the paid package. For a couple of years now, things have been getting systematically worse. its not what I signed up for anymore, and I wish they would stop reducing features, adding garbage, and breaking stuff. Right now, my response emails have now stopped working. If this can't get resolved, i guess this is the final straw and its time to move on. What a frustrating waste of my time this has all been.I would not currently recommend freshdesk to anyone.
New Ticket Email Not Send
We are having an issue where the automated emails notifying people that a new ticket has been created or they have been assigned to it are not being sent.Physically triggering a response email sends without issue, but the automation sometimes does not seem to reliably send out messages. This has been going on for a few days. What information do you need from me to help resolve this issue?
Email from WP/Gravity form not showing up as ticket
I've set up our contact for to send an email notification directly to our Freshdesk email address but the messages aren't being received and/or being converted to tickets.I checked the email log on SendGrid, and it shows the message was delivered. I'm using the same configuration for other sites without issues. Any idea what's happening?
Typing starts back to the beginning
Hi,I've had a few users complain in the last couple of days of a new bug whilst typing.So within the text field box replying to customers, the cursor starts back to the beginning after half way through typing a sentence. They have told me they have noticed this in the past 3-6 days. I've had 3 users complain about this. Any ideas?Thanks,Sam
Password Reset Problems
Hello, I have been unable to login to freshdesk for three weeks now and requesting a password reset link does not work at all. I emailed support and they sent me a link to sign up for a support account. This is not what I asked for and when I sent them a reply email explaining what it was I was actually looking for, they did not respond. Does anyone know how one goes about getting their password reset when they are an agent?
SSL and DNS of Freshdesk and Freshmarketer not working!!! HELP!!
Hi Freshdesk,We are working now more than 6 weeks together to fix my ssl dns settings for my fresh desk page. And we tried to put the dns for freshmarketer. And both still doen't work. Both servers are worthless at the moment.Can you explain me what we are doing wrong? I am going to believe that your service will not match our requirements and that your customer care is not able to fix te problem. Please make sure that someone calls or email us with expert knowledge of dns setting. Please make sure that some generally customer care employe with no knowledge of dns settings will call me, because that will not fix the problem.Please help!!Niek
Problem with Ticket Fields (Type) in Sprout Plan
Hi,Since yesterday I cant change or add more "Type" options in the Ticket Fields.When I save the options that I need, appears an error: Your ticket field could not be saved. Please try again.This error only appears in the Sprout Plan. The Blossom Plan dont have this error.
Customer language recognition fail: requestor notification and customer survey in wrong language
Hello Freshdesk Team,we can't turn on the requestor notification and customer survey in multi languages, because it will always send the English notification instead of those for other languages. The problem appears to be that the language recognition for new contacts always as english, while our customers are in german. I would appreciate it if you could look into this.

After migrating my plan I cannot see my tickets anymore, I am getting an 500 error on the following endpoint:https://<company>.freshdesk.com/api/_/tickets?exclude=custom_fields&filter=all_tickets&include=requester%2Cstats%2Ccompany&page=1&per_page=30I am also getting this error on a notification:"We're sorry, but something went wrong"Anyone else had this problem?Thank you
Unable to Setup DKIM
I realize there are a number of threads here with a similar topic, but they are marked as answered and I wanted to make sure this gets attention as it is still happening. Just as in the other threads, I am trying to setup DKIM for my email address, but am unable to do so as when I click create it takes me to the old login screen and then crashed upon login.Would love to get this fixed.
