Tickets created by Help Widget have //undefined URL from the page where the ticket was created

Ticked created from Help Widget have additional information about user's Browser, OS and URL to the page where the ticket was created. Information about Browser and OS are correctly, but URL has //undefined value.

Ticket summary not visible in mobile app

Hi!Ticket summary is a great feature that we use in our helpdesk.It is perfect to summarize what has happened previously or what needs to be done next. However it is not visible when using the Freshdesk mobile app.Is there a way to make it visible and editable ? Thank you for your thoughts.

Change the "Agent" Label

Anyone know how to change the label “Agent” to something else? Normally, I wouldn’t care about this, but I work in real estate so our “agents” are actually our users. We’d prefer it be labeled “technician” or similar to avoid confusion.

Filter ticket api not working

Filter ticket api was not working like before: 'https://domain.freshservice.com/api/v2/tickets/filter?query="priority:3"if I use this before, I got response like as expected. Now it was showing Zero tickets even though I have tickets with priority: 3

Yeastar Intergration with Freshdesk

We need an integration for Yeastar Call Center solution developed. Zoho desk ans Zendesk which are similar products to Freshdesk have already integrated with Yeastar, I see no reason why Freshdesk is yet to consider this

Agent unable to access Freshdesk

Hello,One of newer agents is recently facing an unknown problem when trying to login on our Freshdesk.On the browser Chrome, she receives the following error: “This webpage doesn’t work. If this probleem keeps occuring, please contact the site owner.” On the browser Edge she receives the error below: “There was an unexpected error (type=Not found, status=404). Does Freshdesk offer any built-in notice banner on ticket page?

I would like to be able to show known issues at the top of ticket submission before a user submits a ticket. Something as simple as “Website xyz.com is down right now. Will update when status changes” to maybe avoid duplicate tickets getting posted. Is this possible?

Public ticket URL request log in

I cannot acces any tickets with their corresponding public ticket url. Instead I am forwarded to a login page. I have requested the public url via placeholder {{ticket.url}} and the settings should work aswell. See screenshot below:Any ideas?

How to get customer phone and address on the customer portal form ?

Hi,When a customer submits a ticket via the Customer Portal Form, then for us it is necessary to get his/her phone number and address. Fundamentally the phone and address data are part of the Contact record.Therefore I do not want to create additional custom fields for them, because they would be duplicated this way. What is the best way to collect such data via the Customer Portal Form, even if the data will not be populated with the built-in contact fields used for the same purpose. Native Tik Tok integration

Hi,We have a customer who asks for native Tik Tok integration from the Business account to reply comments inside Freshdesk, but it is not available for the time being.This discussion has been raised on a Support ticket ID: 11614516 as Feature Requests with Freshdesk team and we were suggested to raise this discussion on the Community Forum that display a case might be related to other global customers/ users of Freshworks so these features can be possibly determined in the future product roadmap. Need help on react native android notification

FreshDesk Arcade (Gamification)

Hello all,I am interested in enabling FreshDesk Arcade as a way to motivate some of our team and introduce gamification to those motivated by a little healthy competition.I like the ideas of quests and points being assigned for actions completed as well as there being an individual champion across a number of areas as well as an overall champion.I’d love to hear some of your ideas on how you’ve used the functionality - do you have any pointers / things to consider?Also do you know of any plans to revamp this? The requirements for setting a quest seem a little limited / Having the levels labelled as Beginner all the way to Guru feels a little limiting I would like to be able possibly rename these in the future.Look forward to hearing your ideas.Thanks.

Closing a ticket only sometimes automatically opens the next one

This is not consistent so I’m not sure how I am able to provide example. However, we notice only sometimes when we close a ticket, the next case in the queue is then opened for us. It wouldn’t be too much of an issue if the case was a new one assigned to the individual, but each time, it’s an older case assigned to another teammember.

Reply to customer tickets directly from outlook without visiting freswork application

We are currently evaluating freshdesk and therefore have created a new office 365 mailbox which we have connected to the freshdesk. The setup is working quite well - incomming emails create a new ticket which can be answered within the freshdesk application. However I am now wondering if it is possible to reply to a customers ticket directly from the email client (outlook) without opening first the freshdesk application.I have observed that when I reply to a ticket message that my response will be added by freshdesk to the ticket history. But my response is not forwarded to the customer. Do I miss an important setting or is freshdesk just not thought to be used directly from outlook?
