When trying to create a Jira with the Jira Plus App it just contantly plays the spinning animation.

Removing/re-adding does nothing, re-authenticating does nothing, refreshing/deleting cache/cookies does nothing.

Persists with all users across 3 different browsers and 3 different machines.

Hello @jtdavies,

Can you check if you have the right permissions in the JIRA application to create/link JIRA issues with Freshdesk tickets? Please make sure to use the user credentials of a site administrator (JIRA) with all permissions while integrating JIRA Plus and Freshdesk. Let us know if this helps!

Cheers,

Hello @jtdavies,

Cheers,

We’ve been able to create them via the jira plus app before. nothing has changed, every now and again this issue arises for no reason, then goes away again for no reason.

That’s quite unfortunate, @jtdavies. :(

The next time you encounter this issue, kindly share the JIRA account settings screenshot, HAR file when the JIRA section keeps loading and your account details to check this further at our end.

To generate the HAR file for Chrome:

  • Open Google Chrome and go to the page where the issue is occurring.
  • From the Chrome menu bar select View > Developer > Developer Tools.
  • From the panel opened, select the Network tab.
  • Look for a round record button ( Record button ) in the upper left corner of the tab, and make sure it is red. If it is grey, click it once to start recording.
  • Check the box Preserve log.
  • Click the Clear button ( Clear button ) to clear out any existing logs from the Network tab.
  • Reproduce the issue that you were experiencing before, while the network requests are being recorded.
  • Once you have reproduced the issue, right-click anywhere on the grid of network requests, select Save as HAR with Content, and save the file to your computer.

Thank you,
