Lost billing details, unable to amend & support is deaf

Hi,


During the migration to Mint my billing details have been changed by Freshdesk and right now it is not possible to amend them. We have reached out to Freshdesk for support but this far did not receive any help. My first ticket got responded after 21 days!!! (no resolution), now I am waiting another 12 days and no response to my immediate reply. So the issue persists for 33 days...


Anyone faced similar issue? I would appreciate any advice how to remediate the  problem of wrong billing details.
