Since the Magento Connect is moved to Magento Marketplace, is there a direct URL to download the same? I am able to find Git Repo but not sure if its valid and upto date.

I'm not sure I understand. The Freshdesk-Magento integration is listed in the marketplace - https://apps.freshdesk.com/magento/
