Can mantain in sync customers/company on freshdesk and mailchimp? In what way?

We're pretty sure that you would have explored this integration ,being a Freshdesk champion on your own. We're sorry to have missed to update this thread at the time of creation and we could only be sorry for that. There's nothing that can justify our inactive presence in the forums but we're trying hard to change that in the coming months.
Posting this for the benefit of other users who might have the same requirement . The mailchimp integration allows you to view campaign activities in Freshdesk and enables you to add users to specific mailing lists . You can visit Mailchimp integration for more information on this.
