When I write a note or a reply on a ticket in freshdesk using Micrsoft Edge with Microsoft Editor Plugin for Spellchecking, choosing a correction from MS Editor, replaces the whole text in the message box by the selected correction only.

There’s an ongoing issue with the Microsoft Editor plugin used in Freshdesk text editor which is causing this problem where selecting the suggested word replaces the entire content. Our developer team is aware about this and they’re working on it to have this fixed.
