After updating a user profile, and pressing 'Save Changes', FreshDesk returns to a blank page.

Hello Dave,
We noticed that this bug occurs when the account has Single Sign On enabled. The updates go through but the profile page doesn't get refreshed automatically and requires a manual refresh to load the page.
We've taken this up as a bug and I'll communicate any further developments on this regard.
