More than three tags on ticket list view?

Hi,

we use tags a lot and it would be nice if the Freshdesk tickets list showed more than three tags at a time. Can this be configured somewhere?

We can only display 3 tags in the ticket list view in agent portal with a ‘+’ symbol if you have more than three. This cannot be modified at the moment as the product is designed to make use of the space optimally and make it look clean.

Hi @Koto , It is better to bring it as a custom dropdown field instead of aligning to Tag option to filter better on the ticket listing. Each tag value as a Dropdown custom field and provide the values selectable in it.
