Need help on react native android notification

Hello i am facing issue in Android app. based on react native. untill we update sdk to 4.3.3 notificaiton were working. but now when app is killed state notificaiton is not working. we have test FCM and firebase message it’s working when message comes from firbase even when app is killed but when it comes from freshchat sdk its not working.
