Need Help with Information Panel (Not Assigned ticket)

Hi all community.Since last December 28, our information panel has not been refreshed correctly. Keeps a counter of 2 unassigned tickets when there really are none unassigned.Clicking on the section indicates that there is no unassigned ticket.

Is there a way to reset the counter or force it to be updated so that it returns to 0?

Are you referrring to the unassigned widget in the dashboard? In this case, can you share screenshots of the issue for better reference. Also, do you face this only with the unassigned widget or all the widgets in the dashboard? It would be great if you can share/DM us your account details to troubleshoot this further.

Yes, that is correct, the problem is in the main dashboard.Attached screenshot before clicking on the unassigned tickets section (quantity: 2)

After clicking on the section

Indicate if any additional information is necessary
