Greetings ,


The company I work for uses Fresh Desk for it's customer support. We are currently evaluating our business applications to meet the  NIST security requirements.  We weed all mobile applications which have access to our Customer contact information to have a session timeout.  Say 15 min of inactivity.  Is there an easy way to set this up in fresh desk?
