First post so be gentle with me :-)
We use our Forum to provide support & QA to our volunteers (agents) where they can start or respond to topics looking for information about how to assist our end users use their technology (we are a tech support charity)
I’ve had a look around but other than this post here I can’t find anything relating to the subject.
Ideally what would be nice would be a daily topic update digest e-mail notification sent to all the agents who opt in (or opt out if it’s an automatic sign up) to receiving the digest and so know their topic has some answers, or that they can provide an answer to an open topic.
Hope that makes sense, is there anything like this available on Freshdesk?
I know about the “Watch” functionality, but that requires the user to know about a topic in order to watch it, the digest could provide that knowledge.
