Pre-chat form options

How do I add other necessary fields for pre-chat? the ones offered to not match my needs.

Hello Mandy,

The idea of the Pre-chat form is to get the basic details from a requester who initiates the chat in your portal, so it is limited to the default fields which are available right now. We do not provide the options to add more options as it would end up like a feedback form rather than a pre-chat form.
