and show that fields in the user portal ticket:
Is that possible?
I would like to know too if its possible to print information in those field that are only visible in ticket details:

Yes, this is possible with the portal customization feature available from the pro plan. You can hide specific fields in the new ticket page using codes while this field will still be visible when the customer checks their ticket status. Once the ticket properties in the ticket details page are filled from the admin side of the portal, the same would be auto-populated in the customer’s portal.
