Looking for a way that I can make certain tickets private where only VP level or above could see them. Agents would not be allowed to view

I understand you want tickets to be viewed only by your VP, there is no current way to make tickets private, but we do provide an option to scope your tickets based on the Groups that your agents are a part of, please visit the following link -
You can create scopes for your tickets and allow only selective users to access tickets based on the same.
