Question on the use of SSO

If we elect to implement the use of SSO, are we still able to create accounts for Customer Portal Users who may not have credentials to use with out SSO end-point?

Yes, the customers can use the <yourhelpdeskurl>.freshdesk.com/login/normal link to login to the helpdesk without being re-directed to the SSO endpoint.
