Hi, I have a question about registering on our portal.
We would like that if a customer signs up he gets a pop-up or something similar with the message that an email has been sent to confirm his email. I searched the internet but didn't find anything about it. Is this possible in Freshdesk?
If it is possible, how can I achieve this?
When the users sign up from the customer portal, they will ideally see the message "Activation email has been sent to [emailaddress]".
