Requester new ticket notification edition does not work

We are on a trial of a Growth plan, and looks like there is a bug with the email notifications edition. We can edit all of them, except the requester new ticket notification. It does not show anything on the edition screen. With all the other email notifications we can edit them without problem, and actually the first time we tried we were able to edit this one too, but something has gone wrong since we can not any more.

Any ideas how to solve this?
