Hi,

 

For my current free plan is there a way i can generate a report to check the response time and resolution for every ticket that i received from customers?

Hello @nhaner, we hope you are doing well today. Since only specific curated reports are avaialble in analytics, you can consider duing a ticket list view export and build your report from the data avaialble.
