schedule export tickets

is it possible with my plan (growth), to schedule an export of all tickets on a weekly basis? all fields, all tickets?

I can see curated reports, however they don’t have the information i’d like.

Hi Mariam,

I hope you are doing well!

You will not be able to schedule the report in the Growth plan. But you can export the date manually by cloning the report.

Clone the report - Open the Widget - Below to the edit option you will have three dots - Export CSV of tabular data

The schedule report option is available from your next plan.
