Scheduled maintenance

I'm getting an error. My freshdesk won't load and it say's "Scheduled maintenance is under progress".

Sorry about that,Joloraine. The helpdesk should be up and running in few minutes . Please try a hard refresh on the page and see if that works.

My freshdesk is out and been saying it is undermaintenance and this guy (with my ticket) does not reply to me.  I'm a new user and I have no help from FRESHDESK, does that make since to you guys?
