Hi, I was in the middle of moving the emails I received last month to Freshdesk and now the account says its under maintenance.
Was it because I moved too many emails? Is there a way I can unlock it?

There is a possibility of the accounts being blocked on our end if we happen to observe any unusual traffic or spike such as too many emails or visitor hits. We could see that there is a ticket with us reporting this on the helpdesk - tallercarnaval.freshdesk.com
