Hello i have made 1 account from freshdesk for my tool, but it is showing me error of Scheduled maintenance is under progress we will be up and running soon, please check again later. click here to go back to home. i don't know why my domain is not ready yet.

Hope you are well. Regarding your concern, I happened to check the account details from my side and was able to see that you are trialling the Forest plan of Freshdesk and it is active. Also I tried to hit the URL and was navigated to your support portal. Could you please let us know if is it that you are still facing the issue?
