Slow email

We're seeing very slow email assignments and email replies to clients. As long as 3-4 hours. Are you guys having trouble with your mail servers?

I am really sorry for the trouble caused .

 

We had issues with our email delivery earlier and our Devs had rolled out a fix for it. The notification for the new tickets and the email replies will be delivered without any delays.

 

I understand this is embarrassing and I apologize again for this unpleasant experience. We ensure you that this won't happen in the future.
