Ticket closing

Good morning, I would like to configure that the customer cannot close tickets, I can't find the related configuration. thank you

Hey!

I would go to Admin > Ticket Fields 

Scroll to Status and then change the ‘Behavior for Customers’ and untick ‘Can Edit’

Thanks for the reply. The configuration is already as reported but the "CLOSE" button is visible and working on the customer page and customers close their tickets before I can check them

Oh how strange - in that case I would defer to the support teams! Try emailing support@freshdesk.com I am sure someone there will be able to work it out! :)
