Ticket summary not visible in mobile app

Hi!

Ticket summary is a great feature that we use in our helpdesk.

It is perfect to summarize what has happened previously or what needs to be done next.

 

However it is not visible when using the Freshdesk mobile app.

Is there a way to make it visible and editable ?

We cannot add ticket summary via the mobile app and it has to be done in the web browser only.

But the feature issue on mobile is solved or not? I also integrate to support my members but still looking for solution.
