Ticket Type Drop-down Item not appearing in my settings

Hi there, 


My ticket types includes a "..." type which assign my tickets to none. I am trying to remove it but it doesn't appear in "settings", "Ticket field properties", "Type drop-down items".


How can I remove it from my ticket fields?

We apologise for missing out on the opportunity to help you out earlier.

With respect to your concern, I am afraid “---” is hardcoded and tickets that do not have a dropdown value associated to them would be set to “None” or “---”. This also applies in case of mandatory fields. . However, since the status and priority would be set automatically when a ticket is created, you might not be able to see the dropdown option “---” for those fields.
