Update the status of ticket to resolved through mail

Hi everyone,

In ticket automation, I want to update the already open ticket to resolved. Via a mail and problem ID.

Please guide me if it is possible .

Rahul - We are afraid that we no longer support email commands, using which an agent was able to update a ticket by passing parameters in the expected format in an email sent from his/her agent mailbox. That said, you could use update a ticket API call to achieve this.
