What is the proper SPF record to create for Office 365/Exchange Online?

I have one already v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

Do I add a second txt spf record?  Or add something to my existing one?

Hi,

You could configure DKIM in your FreshDesk account which will also take care of the SPF records.

When you configure DKIM some DNS entries will be displayed that need to be published in your DNS which includes the SPF and DKIM records. Hence there is no need to publish a separate SPF record in your DNS.

Please visit the following link to configure DKIM in your FreshDesk account.
