Hi Community 

 

if i set a workflow in my case the alert via Webhook to Teams

 

how can i format the text with some basics like “new line” after some fiels oth just that the text looks a bit better readable?

Okay, you posted in Freshdesk section. 

You don’t use the MS teams app then? 
Have you tried HTML formating like <br> ?
