We have raised a ticket to troubleshoot the issue you are facing with ticket creation from portal. We can communicate further via the same ticket for having a single point of contact. Thanks!          


It seems it's a very difficult forum to ask anything …..how we can ask any question regarding anything..i was trying to log in but definitely not
