Api is Agent Avalible Future date

hello,

 

i am looking to bridge a gap we have in our organization with some custom programming. i am trying to figure out if I can use the current API to tell me if the user is available for a specific date and time in the furture.

 

Example

is user x available on  xx/xx/xxx (05/20/2021) at xx:xx (17:00)

Freshdesk provides the ability to make use of APIs and trigger them based on certain events that take place in your Freshdesk. Refer to the documentation link to get detailed insights on the same: https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/
