Verifying Account Administrator to access API Key

I need the API Key to connect Zapier to my Freshdesk account, but the My Profile Settings page does not show the API Key. Searching Freshdesk support articles, it appears that the problem is that the Account Administrator user has not been “verified,” but I’ve been unable to find any instructions about how to do that (and I’ve been signing-in as that user for more than a month).

Help!!
