We submitted a ticket two days ago as we have to contact support to purchase a local number.

Can someone please get back to us.

We confirm that the ticket is active and it is being looked into. You will receive an update from our team shortly.


It has now been 3 days and an agent hasn’t responded to the ticket not even once.

When can we expect an update? Once would have thought it was a simple request. You can either provide the service or you cannot.

 Updating your customer is better than just ignoring them.


This issue finally got resolved today.
