Our team have a pool of large number of Profiles. Our Concern is all this profiles are not candidate. We want to create a filter from which we can scrutinize pool who have attach CV or any Document. And filter those who have not attach anything.

I see that your query is tagged “Freshservice” so I’m assuming you want to create a ticket list view of tickets that have a file attached. Could you confirm if this correct?
If yes, then you can use a Workflow Automator to check if a new ticket has an attachment and if yes, update a specific field or add a tag like “File attached”. This can be done under Admin->Workflow Automator ->New Automator->Ticket



Then you’d be able to use the tag as a filter to filter out the ticket list and save it as a separate ticket view.
