We would use the call tagging from Mobile APP (iOs, Android).

We certainly agree that it would be useful to have call tagging feature included in the mobile app as well besides the browser version.
The feature release is a part of the road map, but we do not have any tentative ETA yet. We’ll share the details once there is some considerable progress :)
