I tried to use webhook triggers to update ticket subject but it didn’t work and i tried all ways but nothing happen to ticket, and there is the screen shot of my configuration.

I understand your concern. This set up is perfect, but I could see that the API key field is empty. Have you removed that for posting it here? if not, please add your API key, it should work for sure.
