Actually  I was talking about - Cisco WebEx Meeting Center.

In that way I can provide a remote session link through the ticket

We don't have an out-of-the box integration available with Cisco Webex . However, you can build a custom app using our developer documentation available here : https://developer.freshdesk.com/v2/docs/quick-start/
